About the creator ...
In 2017, after conducting a performance of the Broadway musical Hamilton, Julian Reeve had a heart attack. He was just 43 years old.
Years of poor self-care and alcohol/drug abuse associated with performance anxiety, low self-esteem, and perfectionism had finally taken their toll.
Two stents later, Julian went back to work - but the real work was only just beginning. How could he maintain the exceptional standards demanded by his employers in less stressful and healthier ways?
What he discovered became the methodology he teaches today. It's called Perfect Equilibrium®, and Pepa™ is at the heart of it's foundation.
Performers and other professionals working in the Performing Arts are more likely to seek mental health support from someone with first-hand knowledge of their lived-experiences.
You can give your employees this opportunity, today!

How has Pepa™’s ‘brain’ been created?
Pepa™'s information database is largely made up of thousands of hours of research, coaching, and career experiences of its founder, Julian Reeve. When additional information is required, Pepa™ will leverage Google to pull industry relevant information carefully chosen to correlate with Julian's ethos.
This ‘external’ data is gathered from publicly available information, and the source is referenced within the tool when possible. We have not stolen IP or copied works from authors or thought leaders, instead only using information currently available on the web.
Building responsibly and ethically has been a primary concern in our processes, and is of the upmost importance to us.
How much does Pepa™ cost?
Costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis, but prices normally range from $6-8 USD per employee, per month.
What does it do?
Pepa™ is an A.I. driven mental health, well-being, and performance coach, offering a trusted and supportive space to explore industry specific problems and challenges. It works to inform, coach, and nurture each user, helping them identify and manage issues using scientifically proven strategies and easy to follow solutions.
Crucially, Pepa™ is a place where users feel safe and able to explore sensitive topics freely. This creates trust, which in turn generates greater results.
Is Pepa™ safe to use?
Yes! All data is stored on secured servers in Bristol, UK, and all storage protocols adhere to normal industry and legal standards. While we cannot fully guarantee that the advice that Pepa™ offers is 100% accurate, we have vigorously tested the tool to ensure that users are not subjected to poor information or guidance - and we're proud of the results!
What's my liability for providing this service to employees?
All liabilities relating to data are accepted by Julian’s company, ‘Perfect Equilibrium Inc’, or the creator of the software, ‘Loopin Saas Limited’. Most other liabilities are accepted by each ‘user’ of the tool (your employees) when they agree to the terms and conditions and our privacy policy on sign-up. (much as they would be when signing up for other services they use.) This is discussed in the DEMO SESSION.
Who is Pepa™ for?
Professionals working in all genres and disciplines of the Performing Arts Industry.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is an ‘open’ artificial intelligence tool, meaning it will grab information it feels is relevant from any available data on the internet, irrespective of its source. Pepa™ is a ‘closed’ A.I. model, meaning the information it grabs is ring-fenced, carefully collated, trusted, and as industry specific as possible.
Pepa™ has been trained to ‘coach’ users on specific subjects, and offers structure within each coaching session that is not available on ChatGPT. Pepa™ also continually moves users forward through nurturing questions and empathetic language, a feature not always present on other A.I. platforms.
